Char Dham Yatra 2025 Temple Opening Date
The Char Dham Temples which are Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham opens generally in April-May month during Akshaya Tritiya and after that. The opening dates for Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham are fully confirmed on Akshaya Tritiya but Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham Yatra temple opening date confirmed on Basant Panchmi.

Tour Itinerary of Char Dham Yatra 2025 | Char Dham Yatra 2025 Tour Program from Haridwar
Char Dham Yatra takes 9 to 10 Days from Haridwar to Haridwar, so hereтАЩs a complete Char Dham yatra itinerary for you.
Day 1: Arrival at Haridwar, take a Cab or Package tour bus from Haridwar and leave for Yamunotri Dham. After visit Mussoorie, Kempty falls you will arrive at Barkot, the first stop of Yatra. On Arrival take a hotel and rest for the night there.
Day 2: Early morning take cab to reach Jankichatti. The Starting point of Maa Yamunotri Dham, from where you need to trek 5-6 Kms to reach Yamunotri Temple. Then visit Tapt Kund, Darshan at temple and then return back to Jankichatti. Take cab from there and return back to Barkot.
Day 3: After breakfast start for Uttarkashi, where you can visit Shiv Gufa on the way and then proceed for Kashi Viswanath temple in Uttarkashi. After that visit local market and proceed to Netala, where you can stay for a night.
Day 4: Early morning starts your journey towards Gangotri Dham, on the way Visit Gangnani and Harsil Valley, then reach at Gangotri Dham. Darshan at temple and visit surroundings. After that return back to Netala for the Night Stay.
Day 5: After Gangotri Dham Darshan you have completed 2 Dham yatra and now 2 Dhams are left which are Kedarnath and Badrinath. This day you can leave for Guptkashi or Sitapur after having breakfast at Netala. Finally arrive at Guptkashi, Sitapur/ Sonprayag.
Day 6: prepare yourself the Baba Kedar Darshan. This day you will leave for Kedarnath Temple, there are several options like Pony, Palki, Doli, Trekking of 20 Kms and Helicopter. LetтАЩs assume you are trekking. Wake up early morning and leave for Gaurikund, from where you can start your trek to Shri Kedarnath Dham. After a long trek and you will reach at Kedarnath Dham in 8 hours of trekking. Darshan and stay there for a night.
Day 7: Darshan at morning in Kedarnath Dham and then visit Baba Bhairav Nath Temple which is about 500 meters from Kedarnath temple. Then have breakfast and return back to Gaurikund by trek, from where you will take a local taxi to reach Sonprayag. Then take cab and return to Guptkashi. Night stay.
Day 8: After breakfast, start your journey towards the 4th Dham Shri Badrinath Ji, you can take route of Chopta Mondal to reach Pipalkoti or Joshimath on that day, also visit the on-way sightseeing. On arrival at Joshimath. Take hotel and rest for the night.
Day 9: Early morning leave for Shri Badrinath Dham, on arrival holy bath at Tapt Kund and then proceed for Darshan at Badrinath Temple. After Darshan and Puja visit the local sightseeing like Mana Village, Bhim Sheela, Vyas Gufa, Narad Gufa and more. Then stay there for a night.
Day 10: After breakfast, start your return journey to Haridwar, on the way visit Panch Prayags which are Vishnu Prayag, Nandprayag, Karanprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag and also Dhari Devi Temple. Finally arrive at Haridwar and leave for your native.
